EXCHANGES
We do accept exchanges.
To make an exchange, please do the following:
- Email us with the subject title of the email stating “Exchange”
- Provide us with your Name, Order Number and Phone Number
- Reason for exchange
- Briefly tell us the item you want to exchange and what you want in its place
We reserve the right to refuse exchange if we conclude that something is wrong with the item, like not following the care label tag rules or bad use of the item. If exchanging, you are responsible for the return shipping along with the shipment of your new items.
We do not cover shipping fees for products that aren’t damaged or shipped incorrectly. The exchange request must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. No exchanges are allowed for sale items.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available for defective items, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong item was received. All refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
When the returned item and confirmed eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please ship all returns using a tracked shipping method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Customers are not eligible for a refund if they have changed their mind or if the item has been worn or used.
If your return does not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. No returns are allowed for sale items.
All items inserted on "Last Collections" are items with a discount already, so you can't exchange or return them because they are almost out of stock. So, before you do it, please take care if you want them and check the Size Guide.
DAMAGED GOODS
If a product is delivered damaged, please do the following:
Send an email titled "Damaged"
Email us a photo of the damaged goods
State where the product is damaged
Please include Name, Order Number, and Phone Number
Once the email is sent, expect a reply within 3 days with further directions
*A refund won’t be made for the damaged item unless the item can’t be replaced. *
RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Service team at averaveraver.info@gmail.com and quoting the order number and the faulty or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
SIZING
If you have any reservations regarding sizing, please refer to our size chart and note that our products are meant to fit unisex; they are made based on male measurements. Because of that, before any purchase, please visit our Size Guide.
SHIPPING
At Aver, we strive to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. We process orders within 2 working days of the order being approved, after which the item will be shipped. The estimated shipping times at checkout do not include order processing time. Orders usually take 2-5 business days to be processed and shipped.
For all other countries, shipping will be calculated at checkout and added to the total cost of the purchase.
Shipping prices are determined straight from the carriers. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your entire order and its destination from our warehouse, which is shown at checkout.
The delivery time will vary based on the shipping destination; however, we aim to deliver within 5-10 working days of the order being shipped.
At this moment, Aver only makes deliveries to Europe.
From Portugal to Portugal - 2-5 working days - 6,99€
From Portugal to the Rest of Europe - 3-10 working days - 14,99€
Customs and Declined Orders Policy
Please note that if the recipient declines an order or if delivery is refused, especially due to customs fees or duties, a refund may not be issued. This is because returned packages often incur additional costs, including shipping fees, customs charges, and taxes, which may not be recoverable. We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies and fees before placing your order to ensure a smooth delivery process. Thank you for your understanding.
